Place the unused Nanobag back into its original pouch and secure it in a mailing envelope to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
